Mini Title Ltd. (“Company”) is an international artist representation agency and production company. Company is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our website and services, for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, the EU GDPR as well as relevant United States privacy laws. By using and accessing our website, the user (“you”) consent to the following privacy policy.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal personal data through our website. When you download an artist portfolio (PDF), we may collect information such as your name, email address, company, and details of the download. This information is used solely to understand engagement with our artists and to support our representation activities. We do not offer accounts, newsletters, or collect payment information.

Downloaded records may be shared internally across our offices for legitimate business purposes. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal Basis

Where required, we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our agency, as well as consent where information is voluntarily provided. We take care to balance these interests with the rights of individuals. We process personal data on the following bases under UK GDPR Article 6: (1) Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) – to manage portfolio distribution and maintain our commercial relationships; and (2) Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) – where required by law.

Images and Visual Content

We display and process photographs and other visual content that may include identifiable individuals, which constitutes personal data under UK GDPR. Such images are used for portfolio display, editorial publication and syndication, promotion of our services, client work, and archival purposes. We rely on consent (including model releases) and/or our legitimate interests in promoting our business and engaging in artistic and editorial expression, having balanced these interests against the rights of individuals depicted.

Certain uses may qualify as editorial, journalistic, or artistic processing under applicable law. Images may be captured by us or provided by clients, agencies, or third parties, and may be published on our website, shared with clients and partners, or otherwise made publicly available globally. All images are used with the consent of the relevant copyright holder(s). We retain images for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including maintaining an archive of our work. We do not use images for biometric identification, facial recognition, or AI training unless explicitly stated and supported by an appropriate legal basis. Individuals depicted have rights to request access, erasure, or to object to processing in certain circumstances, and may contact us to exercise these rights.

Rights in Images

We take rights seriously. All images are used with the consent or authorization of the relevant copyright holders.
